This broccoli salad can help your kids get their servings of veggies for the day.
Broccoli (thrown into 1/2 cup of boiling water for 1 minute. It really brings out the bright colors!),
1 tablespoon canola oil
2 teaspoons cider vinegar
1/8 teaspoon salt
Mix dressing together and pour over vegetables. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
